Gabriel Boudier Cherry Brandy 50cl Grape-Rousanne a touch of almondsPRODUCER: In 1909, Gabriel Boudier took over the house of Fontbonne, founded in 1874 and renamed it with his own name. He established the business at Boulevard de Strasbourg in Dijon where it continued to develop until his death in 1918. In 1936, his widow sold the house to Marcel Battault, who decided not to change the trading name because of its high quality reputation; and he, in turn, handed the business to his nephew Pierre Battault. Thus two
